We are hiring for:
 
GROUP RETAIL MANAGER – DAVAO
 
Job Description:
  • Oversee the sales operation of assigned group to produce 15 units ( vehicles ) sales per calendar month based on the cutoff set by the company.
  • Oversee the development  of each respective Sales Consultant from New Tier to Permanent Tier to Senior Tier and succeeding promotions.
  • Oversee the mandatory targets signed each Sales Consultant while monitoring rules set by the retention policy.
  • Rationalize Turnover of Manpower and Progress for skills of the SC’s.
  • Mandatory requirements of at least 40 valid credit applications submitted per month or proportionate number of credit applications per sales consultant.
  • Oversee the sales operation of accessories of Brand new vehicles to produce initial sales of PHP 290,000 per month or an average of PHP 10,000 worth of accessories per unit.
  • Maintenance of productivity of sales consultants to not be lower than the required signed targets by each SC. ( This includes a set production of the sales consultants including, but not limited to: no. of prospects generated per month; no. of appointments  set; no of credits applications; no. of deposits; no. of approved credit application; availment and release of vehicle).
  • Oversee Sales/ Brand Building Activity while maximizing redundant fixed purchases, and schedules. Concurrently, monitor the productivity ( based on sales production ) of each activity.
  • Oversee the care and management of vehicle inventory including status, condition, use and aging of such. Aging of inventory.
  • That all documents ( for financing purposes ) submitted are complete.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Good business sense.
  • The ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Initiative and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent communication and 'people skills'
  • Good planning and organisational skills.
  • The ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • 5 yrs. Experienced in sales/managerial
